In this personalized training modality, you can train directly with me at your athletic training center. In these sessions, I will train you like a champion, correct your techniques, and teach you new ones. In this way, you can achieve your goals through your own efforts and science, and avoid injuries that delay or stop your progress.
ON-LINE
In this personalized training modality, you can train with me in the comfort of your home (via video call) with what you have available (I recommend dumbbells and a barbell). This training modality is for both men and women. In this 1 hour session, you can achieve your goals through your own efforts and science, and avoid injuries that delay or stop your progress.
